Who Used Rank 10 Trains in Yugioh Anime

Most anime are adapted from a manga, and a significant number of these series deal with video games, and to a lesser extent board and card games. On April 4, 1998, the very first episode of theYu-Gi-Oh!anime debuted in Japan, and thanks to the first series' popularity it spawned several movies and spin-offs. The Yu-Gi-Oh! anime is based on a popular manga series that revolves around the game Duel Monsters, and in 1999 Konami launched the official trading card game-which is still going strong to this day.

Players battle each other with decks comprised of monsters, Spell cards, and Trap cards. Entire decks are built around monsters with a specific type and attribute, and certain monsters are a lot more useful and powerful than others. This list will focus on a few of the most powerful Machine-type monsters.

10 Reflect Bounder

Reflect Bounder may be a relatively old card, but it still possesses an ability that is beneficial to players while also being a major deterrent and annoyance for enemies. If the opponent attacks this card while it's in a face-up attack position, they will have their own monster's ATK subtracted from their life points.

Bounder has 1,700 ATK, so it's not like opponents will lose a ton of health, plus they will deal massive damage to their opponent in return. If an opponent wants to negate the ability, they will either have to waste an ability or Spell card of their own, which is also beneficial.

9 Cyber Eltanin

Cyber Eltanin can only be summoned by banishing at least one other light-attributed machine-type monster from the player's side of the field or graveyard. However, it would make a lot more sense to summon it when the user has several monsters to banish because it gains 500 ATK and DEF for each banishment.

Aside from having insane damage potential, Cyber Eltanin also has the ability to send every single one of the opponent's face-up monsters to the graveyard once it gets summoned. This would leave them wide open for a devastating direct attack.

8 Apoqliphort Towers

Apoqliphort Towers possesses 3,000 ATK and 2,600 DEF, but it can only be summoned if players tribute three "Qli" monsters. Aside from being very strong, this monster is immune to all spell, trap, and monster effects, but it can also lower the attack of special summoned monsters by 500.

Once per turn, players can also force their opponents to either destroy or discard a monster. This monster is insanely powerful, but it loses some value due to being limited in tournament play.

7 Ancient Gear Reactor Dragon

When summoning Ancient Gear Reactor Dragon, players get a monster with 3,000 ATK and DEF. If they manage to attack with it, their opponents cannot activate any Spell or Trap cards until after the Battle Phase. After that, players get to destroy one of their opponents' face-down Spell or Trap cards.

If the user tributed another Ancient Gear monster to summon it, this dragon can inflict piercing damage on defense position monsters. If players used a Gadget monster as a tribute, Ancient Gear Reactor Dragon can attack twice in one turn, so it would be best to tribute one of each in order to get both effects.

6 Chimeratech Megafleet Dragon

Cyber Dragon decks can be especially annoying, and if someone ever plans on facing one, they need to be aware of Chimeratech Megafleet Dragon. It's a fusion monster that can be summoned by combining a Cyber Dragon with one or more monsters from the Extra Monster Zone.

This monster starts off with 0 ATK, but it gains 1,200 ATK for every monster that is used as a fusion material, so no matter what, it will always have a minimum of 2,400 ATK. The kicker is the fact that players can use one of their opponent's Extra Zone Monsters as a fusion material.

5 Superheavy Samurai Steam Train King

It may be a bit difficult to summon Superheavy Samurai Steam Train King, but it's definitely worth it. The card allows its owner to banish up to two Spell or Trap cards from either player's graveyard while inflicting 200 damage to their opponent for each card. Players can also discard two cards and destroy any two cards that their opponent controls.

In order to maximize Steam Train King's potential, the monster must always be in defense position. It has the ability to attack while in this position, and it uses its defensive stat for damage. It has a DEF of 4,800.

4 Cyber Dragon Infinity

If building a Cyber Dragon deck, players need to include Cyber Dragon Infinity. An Xyz monster that can only be summoned by using three Level 6 Light machine-type monsters as materials, once it gets onto the field, Cyber Dragon Infinity is very annoying to deal with.

This monster gains 200 ATK for every material equipped to it. Each turn, it has the ability to absorb any other face-up attack position monster from the user's or their opponent's fields to use it as another material. Players can also remove one of these materials to negate the effect of an opposing card.

3 Crystron Quariongandrax

In order to summon Crystron Quariongandrax, players need to have 1 non-Tuner monster and at least 2 Tuners. However, more Tuners can also be used; in fact, it would be best to use as many as possible. Depending on the number of summoning materials used, Quariongandrax can banish that many cards from an opponent's field or graveyard.

With 3,000 ATK and DEF, this monster is very strong. If it somehow gets destroyed, Crystron Quariongandrax allows players to special summon a banished monster.

2 Ancient Gear Howitzer

With Just 1,000 ATK and DEF, some might think that Ancient Gear Howitzer is a waste of a fusion summon, but that could not be further from the truth. During a player's first Main Phase, they can use this card to inflict 1,000 damage to their opponent directly, and this effect lasts throughout the duel.

Such an ability forces the opponent to destroy this monster and since it cannot be affected by card effects, it can only be destroyed through battle. When it is destroyed through battle, players are allowed to then special summon any Ancient Gear monster from their deck while ignoring its summoning conditions. This means that players can get a free monster with 3,000 ATK.

1 Chaos Ancient Gear Giant

If one has an Ancient Gear deck, they need to include Chaos Ancient Gear Giant. There are several cards that will get the player the fusion materials needed to summon it. It takes four Ancient Gear monsters to get this behemoth on the field, and thanks to its abilities, its 4,500 ATK can win some duels in one turn.

Chaos Ancient Gear Giant isn't affected by Spell or Trap cards, and monsters can't use their abilities during the battle phase. It's also allowed to attack every opposing monster that's on the field and it doesn't even matter if they are in defense position because it inflicts piercing damage.
